Events

Now that you have your event all planned, remember how important it is to keep those memories. We provide complete coverage for occasions such as Graduations, Christenings, and Birthdays. Let us photograph the day. Now, just relax and enjoy your event with your family and friends. If it’s important to you, it’s important to LaRoche Photography.

Creating Your Package

First, figure out how much coverage you desire for your event. Then, decide what package suits your needs.

Family Package

Create an in studio or on location site that is best suited for your family’s needs. We recommend that you chose an onsite location for family portraits that include 11 persons or more. To create a family collage, may we suggest, individual
photos of each person.

Party Package

Birthdays, Christenings or any event special to your family or organization is important to us. We can create a custom package for your needs. Just tell us what you desire and we will be happy to work with you.

A custom photo package includes proofs. Enlargements are available on photos 4x5 thru 8x10 only and are subject to an hourly rate. Custom photo packages may not be used on Weddings or Receptions.

Dress Apparel

Once you have decided to have a family or group picture, make sure you chose your clothing well. To keep the portrait
balanced, dress either formally or causally.

Additional Photos

When ordering additional photos, simply use the individual photo pricelist found in the brochure.

DVD Presentation

This is a custom DVD made to entertain guests at your event. This DVD features pictures throughout your life and can include your LaRoche Photography session. All this can be synchronized to your favorite songs. However, we do not present the show.

Proofs

Proofs come complete in a proof book. You may view and order online or in person. In most cases, your photos will be available for viewing 5 to 7 days after receiving your proof book.
